Plant Risk Assessments

The Plant Risk Assessments available on this page identify the hazards, risks and critical controls associated with the operation, inspection and maintenance of Consolidated Group plant and equipment. These assessments have been developed to support the safe operation of our fleet and provide the minimum safety requirements for each item of plant.

Prior to commencing work, Plant Risk Assessments must be reviewed to ensure they remain suitable for the task, work environment and client requirements. Additional controls or site-specific risk assessments may be required depending on the project, location or identified hazards.

The Plant Risk Assessments contained within this hub are Consolidated Group's generic documents. They may be reviewed and supplemented to incorporate site-specific hazards, client requirements and operational risks. Always ensure you are referring to the latest approved version applicable to your worksite. Printed copies are uncontrolled unless specifically marked otherwise.
