Pre Starts

You must complete the appropriate pre-start check before using any vehicle, truck, trailer or machinery. Select the correct form:

Light Vehicles

Light vehicles only. All faults identified MUST be logged using the Fault Form, NOT in the pre-start form. Notify your supervisor and do not operate unsafe equipment.

Heavy Machinery & Equipment

All heavy plant and machinery. All faults identified MUST be logged using the Fault Form, NOT in the pre-start form. Notify your supervisor and do not operate unsafe equipment.

Road Transport

Road-going trucks and trailers. All faults identified MUST be logged using the Fault Form, NOT in the pre-start form. Notify your supervisor and do not operate unsafe equipment.
